I would like to say a big thank you to Martin. I already had a driving licence but hadn’t driven for a long time, so I needed to refresh my skills and learn UK driving rules. I passed on my first attempt. Martin is an excellent instructor who focuses not only on passing the test but on making you a confident and safe driver. He identifies weak points and helps improve them. Friendly, supportive, and highly recommended.

He’s also always available if you need to ask him something, whether it’s during lessons or outside of them. That just shows how much he genuinely cares about his students and wants them to pass.

Martin is an expert in analysing your skills and knows how to get you to fix old set habits. Best of all, once you sit in the exam, you see repetitions of what you have already practised, down to the way they talk, and familiarity is what you look for in any exam. Passed in first try and I can say with confidence it would have not been possible without Martin.

Decided to start taking lessons with Martin after my old driving instructor went into retirement. Previously, I failed my driving test twice. Only after becoming Martin’s student, I was able to realise that his teaching standarts were much higher than my old instructor’s. He helped me to cardinally change my driving and improve bad habits. A driver log is completed after every lesson so you are clearly able to track your progress and know what to expect next lesson. You are also given a driver card which rates your standard of driving out of 5- this helped me leading up to my test to know what I did and didn’t need to work on. Highly recommended

very good driving instructor. when you do something wrong he will ask you to pull up in a safe place and calmly explain to you what you done wrong and how to do it right next time round, he will also show you how to do it right by using a app on his ipad. another way that he is good is where he makes sure you are perfect at one thing before making you go into something more complected. learning with martin let me pass my driving test first time as he teaches in a way that is easy to understand
