Has any other A.D.I. had an examiner make a claim, for a minor problem during a test, against thier insurance.(i.e. claim for anxiety after a pupil clipping a kerb and getting a flat tyre, yes this really happened!!!)Never heard of anything so petty but I have heard a few stories about claims for whiplash as a result of the emergency stop. When carrying out the emergency stop on driving lessons I always keep my head back and never had any problems.
