From a very young age I have been on the roads. My grandfather installed in me the ‘do’s and don’ts of a cyclist’ as soon as I could cycle, and we spent many a hour cycling as we explored all around where we lived during the summer holidays.
On my 17th birthday I had my first driving lesson which I loved and passed my test first time. Next I passed my motorcycle test. This meant I got to enjoy every aspect of being on the road whether it be on the push bike, in the car or on the motorcycle.
For a short period of time I taught CBT’s (Compulsory Basic Training) with a local Motorcycle school at the weekends to help them out. This was great as I got to meet new people and do something I really enjoyed.
After years of being in an office job in the comfort zone I decided to pursue my passion of driving and complete the driving instructor training. It is a decision I have not regretted. I enjoy meeting new people and consider myself professional, patient and friendly.
I am happy to teach people to drive with little or no experience, or just to help re-inject confidence into a full licence holder that may have an area their struggling with or to just develop their skills further.
I am an AA affiliated driving Instructor (who passed at a respectable grade of 5,5 out of a maximum 6,6) after completing the AA instructor training and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
