Andy Is a 5* What car Driving Instructor.Learning to drive remains an important part of the rites of passage to adulthood and is still, for many, an activity best tackled at age 17. However, it is also true that during the first months after passing the driving test far too many young people, through inexperience or over confidence, have unpleasant and in some cases fatal experiences either behind the wheel of a car or as a passenger of one of their peers.

The process of learning to drive is an important one and as a result of the potential threats posed, a challenge that the newly launched What Car? Driving School aims to address.

What Car? Driving School has recently been set up to help consumers choose a Driving Instructor, one who meets the best professional standards and offers the quality tuition and value that your students should expect.

Our approach is to raise standards. As a result, all What Car? Driving instructors are holders of a clean CRB disclosure, fully qualified and graded in accordance with our 5 Star standard, so all our learners can be sure as to their quality and capability.

A further strand of our approach seeks to support the preparation and study that young people put into learning to drive.
